Handbrake

Help! My handbrake warning light light has just
come on, any ideas?

did you pull up on that black lever thing on the centre console?

Low Brake fluid or, much more likely, dodgy handbrake switch alignment. Handbrake switch is under the lever, pull out the gaitor.The switch is adjusted by bending the aluminium plate under the switch.

Check your brake fluid.

I don't know about the Cerb, but on pretty much every other car it is a brake warning light, not just a handbrake warning light. Low fluid will set it off.

Tried all those things, except bending the plate thingy

Mine did the same a while back - was the microswitch under the lever.
