Shame you're not square on, and it could do with being sharper as well
I like it
and the lights add to it. I agree about it having the potential for improvement if the square on, but looks sharp enough in the original. I think you maybe suffering from a bit of Thumbsnap v Pistonheads resizing.
My only long exposure tip is to keep the exposure as short as possible whilst acheiving the effect you are after, water smoothing, light trails, or just a correctly exposed image. This will help maintain the sharpness (from camera wobble!) and minimise noise.
Yeah it is Resized down losing quality.

Alot Better
I think The Blue Lights Make it look Alot Better,
I was Taking Photos Square on to the building, and began walking back to the car, then i hear the Fire Trucks about To pass so it was a hurry to get the Tripod Back up to captue the Long Exposure.
I thinking its a pretty good attemp for first try...
Thanks For the comments lads.

I don't think the light goes with the subject sorry.
It reminds me of when i used to work in a processing lab and people would come in and say their film is stuck, or they had got grit or sand in the camera. When processed you would get this nasty blue scratch along most if not all of the reel of film.
Thank god those days are long gone.
