Why would you need a sign in Welsh anyway? I'm sure all of the 12 people who speak Welsh are also capable of reading a sign in English. It's not as if Welsh is actually anyone's first language.

Besides, as languages go, Welsh is about as useful as Esperanto.

You'd be supprised at the number of people who not only speak welsh, but do so as a first langauge . . . . . . . mostly in places that are seemingly twinned with the American village in the film Deliverance!
