I'm looking for some advice from an experienced plumber.

Just knocked down an old canteen in our workshop, the waste pipe from the sink ran into the toilet and drains the urinals as well, so now we have the drain pipe from the urinals open ended, obviously not a good situation.

The pipe O.D. is 57mm or 2 1/4", i need to try and cap/blank this some how, our local plumbstore was no help unfortunately.

Can anyone suggest a solution or post a link to a suitable product?

Thanks in advance.

C.

I think i've only used 32mm (1/1/4"), 38mm (1 1/2") and 40mm waste pipe.

That's big but then i'm not a plumber.

I rememeber having a nightmare fitting a kitchen in my convereted victorian flat because of the waste pipe. But I don't recall seeing the size you mention on my many visits to DIY stores.

What's the ID in case that's relevant?

Search for Marley 50mm on the B&Q website (diy.com) and there's a few fittings that might get you out of trouble.

Unfortunately the descriptions are brief to say the least!
