Hey all, after much discussion me and the OH are looking for a lodger. Going on with the trend of everybody i've met from PH being a thoroughly decent chap/chapess i figured someone may know of someone who needs a place to live.

Right details, me and the OH are fairly easy going and both work fulltime, The room is in Bagshot about 30 seconds from the 3 Mariners and 2 minutes from the station. Its a big-ish double room in an 200 year old bungalow surrounded by fields on 3 sides, the driveway on the 4th and it has plenty of off road parking. Not to be too modest but it is stunning place to live, however i really do need to cut the grass at the moment. Grass cutting/gardening duties will not be taken as part rent payment. wink

If anyone who see this thinks of someone who may suit it pm me and i will give you more details. We are in no rush to find anyone, but equally if it was needed urgently that wouldn't be any hassle either.

It is being advertised elsewhere, so that avenue has been covered and this was just an idea that i had while i was playing about on PH.

Mods, if this breaks any rules then I apologise and bin it.

That's a shame. If it was 20 seconds from the Three Mariners I may have been interested!
Will keep an eye/ear out for you.

That would involve renting out one of Hewletts rooms.

And 20 seconds is walking veeery slowly smile

We looked at a place even closer on Saturday, literally opposite (Half Moon St), it didn't have a garden though. The rental market is a bit crazy at the moment, not much choice and what's there is over priced..your room sounds like a bargain and with a real life live in chef!
