This is a very good thing to say to your OH. Just the right amount of reassurance and disgust that she would even think you could touch the finnish shotputter.

You won't be able to get the OH to dump the 'friend' (she absolutely should!) by slagging the 'friend' off, you need to be a bit more subtle than that. Start by saying that you feel sorry for her (the 'friend') because she is obviously jealous of your OH as your OH is pretty and has a good figure. Continue by suggesting the OH think about why the 'friend' is saying stuff in future as the 'friend' could have an agenda based on that jealousy. Finish with, 'poor girl'.
