Professional Cv's

Has anyone used a company recently that does this kind of thing? I;ve searched on here, but couldn't find anything. I've always thought of myself as being quite clued up on these things, but guess mine could do with a touch of modernisation.
I'd need a company that could do everything via email, and require a format that would be globally marketable, not just "UK spec" if such a thing exists.

No lines (only underling headers and add bullet points in key areas)/no boxes

Education
Employment History (with dates)
Personal info (contact/interests)

Try to keep to 2 pages, 3 tops
