My recent MX-5 purchase came with a Clifford immobiliser attached, but only one key. It looks like a fairly basic model, uses a small key with what almost looks like a headphone jack. I presume I need to get a replacement key coded with whatever is on the current key to make a duplicate? Local key cutting place had no idea what to do, anyone else got any ideas?

It didn't come with a certificate or anything, and I don't actually have the V5c back yet either, if I need that.

I can't help but ring an approved supplier/installer, they will know for sure.
