I have a dent in the driver's-side door which is about the size of a spread palm and maybe a 1/4" deep.

There's no paint damage so I'm wondering if one of the paintless-dent repairers could do something with it.

Has anyone had any experience with this sort of repair and could they recommend (or otherwise) any operators in and around the London region.

Thanks for you advice and help guys.

im not bodywork expert, but i think if the dent was hit/pulled out theres a chance it would crack the paint

Martin was recommended to me on here and did a fantastic job on my Alfa. Turns up on a motorbike anywhere in London IIRC. HTH.

I had 4 very small dents removed, taking about 40 minutes to do. £40. Up north though unfortunately.

I am always surprised how they actually come out when it looks perminantly damaged.

I had some parking dents removed from my Z4 M Coupe at the weekend by Dent Rewind, near Tunbridge Wells www.dentrewind.com. The guy, Paul, did a brilliant job and I can't spot the dents at all now. The dents were across 4 panels and he charged £130. He did another 2 dings around the rear arches, which I didn't even spot, for free. The price seemed very reasonable compared to some other quotes I received. HTH

Arm yourself with a hairdryer and a can of air duster and have a go yourself

checkout youtube Co2 dent removal (this really does work! well most of the time).
