That i kind of like this?

Although the rather questionable front end, the rest of the car and the stats all stack up nicely... also read another review saying that lotus are due to tune the suspensions ect before actually hitting the uk roads...

Not bad at all, I think it has the capacity to be a wonderful car and it's certainly a reasonable looking thing.

Why did they make the front look like a westerner doing a terrible impression of an asian person

Lol quite true, i'm not really endorsing the front end either, but the rest looks good...

Maybe if we do an experiment by putting a different badge on the front we might like it better...

Decent styling but interior not my cup of tea.

Stil, that powerplant is sure to make up for it, no?

I like the front of it, it looks even better with a slightly more aggressive aftermarket front bumper.

But once you get past the doors it's as if they ran out of inspiration and just trailed the lines to a faltering end on the design pads.

Its had a good recepetion in the US I think, this car. The front end is not bad but from the rear its a very good looking car IMO

Although Evo obviously have found faults with it - I have to say hats off to Hyundai for making a proper, interesting car, and I dont think its too bad for their first attempt at a proper sports coupe.

The weak point, to my eye, is the side-on view of the rear.

No I like it too. Certainly a refreshing look but I'd have to do something about that front grille.

I've started seeing more of these out here in the Middle East. Apparently it's pretty good, and considering it is something like 40% cheaper than the 370z out of the box you'd have to consider it.

Plus - if it depreciates like other Hyundais it will make an awesome two to three year old purchase!

It's got a face like a smacked ar$e IMHO, but it's good to see a volume manufacturer stepping up into a RWD platform.

Not sure why evo are suggesting that it's a rival to the 370Z. Surely, as a large(ish) 2+2 coupe it's more of a competitor to the Infinity G37 and BMW 3-series coupe?

Silly face and beaten in US tests by the cheaper V6 Mustang which, even in uglified form, is better-looking (though LHD obviously). It's probably better than their previous efforts though.
