Just... wrong

I'm not a huge lover of stripes on a car, but I can certainly appreciate that they add a little pizazz to the right vehicle, maybe a TVR or a classic 911. Indeed on certain motors they're all but obligatory, AC Cobra, Ford GT, Dodge Viper, and one or two others.

But for pity's sake, thick blue Viper stripes on a white Volvo C30!? Come on..!

And just when I thought it could get no worse, how about metallic blue with twin thick white stripes, both edged with white pin stripes. Fine, on a MINI Cooper S. But on a Nissan Note!? About as appropriate as a whale tail spoiler on a hearse.

I'm thinking maybe there should be some sort of law passed?

There's a Ford Probe not to far from me, and it's got like a dragon decal right along either side, it horrendous!
I giggle every time I go past it.

fair enough, the guy has put a body kit on it, not the greatest, but still, don't like the decal on the side...
