How do TVR design the external shape of their cars are the designs purely cosmetic or does aerodynamic performance play an important part?

Three factors affect TVR styling:

1. The length of Peter Wheeler's legs
2. Whether or not his dog is hungry
3. How many other cars they feel like copying (must be that, since so many other cars look like TVRs... )

I believe that aerodynamics do now play a part in most new bodies. Also PWs tastes and the evolutionary nature of the model progression.

I've heard an internal policy of TVR is to make them more aerodynamic than early Land Rovers.
Work instructions for designers are strictly to ISO9000 et sqq. and are carried out under the traditional philosophy "if it looks that it'll fit, it probably will". Tuscan's front grille and Sagaris' body vent holes are believed to have been put forth by the secret Stella-brainstroming method, which is still contended by the most sceptical scientists, but proof for TVR's successful pioneering for decades.
The results are known as TVR's unique selling proposition.

However, another important factor for the final result is the quantity of available GRP, and the electric jigsaw's state of health.
