I have a Bewator M43 access control keypad and need to change the code on it. I know the old code(s) but predictably have lost the manual that instructs on how to change them. A thorough search on Google (probably 15 minutes!) has not turned anything up.

Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks in advance

Don't you just move the coloured plastic things to make a new number, it looks the same as the Siemens one and is very easy.

If you are a burglar the above info. is incorrect.

Yes I think it is the same as the Siemens one. Presumably I have to get into the box first? Which looks like it has a fancy pants key?!?!?!

Yes the older model model has a security key, newer ones have a key that just un-screws. If you can't find the key then you are up the creek, although on the unit there is a number you can quote to Bewator and they will probably send you a spare.

Oh. That's not good. Any idea where the number is? Can't obviously see it.

.....The number is on the bottom of the unit, it states 'KEY NO.'
