Apparently ex stereophonics drummer Stuart cable has been found dead.

Decent drummer. Sad news.

Looks like it was him.

Very sad. His ex-bandmates played Cardiff City Stadium on the weekend too!!

gutted, cable rock was a great music show and he was part of a great welsh music scene inspiring thousands of people.

Terrible shame.

'Phonics best stuff was written and performed when he was a band member.

So sad to hear.

Agree with the above - I reckon the Phonics did by far their best stuff with Stuart in the band.

shocker. I always liked Stuart Cable as a drummer and a real character.

Me too. I was shocked to hear.

It is strange that his new band's album came out the same day too.

Bloody Shame and only 40, he was a great character from a great working class band.

"You Gotta Go There to Come Back" is one of my all time fav albums, very sad news.

Agree the 'phonics best stuff was when Stuart was in the band. Local Boy in the Photograph gives me goosebumps everytime i hear it.

Poor chap.

Really enjoyed his radio show, and echo the sentiments above about the best Stereophonics music being their early stuff.
