Cannonball Run Europe 2010 (departure time and venue.)
Discussion
This years Cannonball Run Europe is departing From Brooklands Motor Museum on 4th July. All Pistonheaders are welcome to see the guys and girls off. We have over 45 cars this year including a feast of Ferraris (Including a 458!), loads of Lambos, all kinds of Astons and many other marques. The cars leave the start line at 3:00pm but as you probably know there's plenty to do at Brooklands so get down there early and make a day of it. No not mine but one someone put together whilst on the trip!
Did you come to the start?
I would say that this year was the best yet - really good bunch of people, lots more couples which is always strange for this type of event but they all had a blast.
Open pit lane in Monza was just awesome!

It was about 40 cars right? It does sound like great fun.
Yes nearer 50 I think.
Not many videos or pictures as everyone likes to keep it quiet. Mostly going around the private forums setup for the run and on facebook.
Bit of a change this year, more couples than previous years, one couple on a honeymoon however still the first class nightclubs / dinners and of course the hotels!
Could have done with a bit more driving though only about 2500 miles (has been 3000) although a good mix of motorways and twistys in the Alps.
Let me know if you do go next year maybe we can have a beer before hand with a few that are going?
