Hi, looking for some info, preferably from someone who has owned/driven both of these cars. Is there much notable difference in performance between the coupe & cab?
To my calculations the coupe is 251bhp/tonne vs 220bhp/tonne for the cab - now i would of thought that *would* be quite noticeable, but would rather hear it from someone with experience of these cars.

I appreciate there would be a huge difference in cornering ability, but what about in a drag race?

I have driven both a 335 coupe and convertible i can tell you that the difference between both cars are very noticeable from a halfway "casual to serious" driver like me. its apparently quite close with the roof up becos of the torque of the engine but once you put the roof down, the arse of the car just feels very sluggish especially when taking corners and at roundabouts.

on a personal note, the looks of the hardtop convertible has never bought me becos it looks awkwardly disproportioned at the rear with the roof up. Much prefer the coupe with a Sunroof.

Never been in one but brutal is the word often used to describe the top end pull...I always remember Clarksons review, " Doesn't matter what you have don't even bother" or words to that effect.

My 20k annual mileage and the dreadful consumption has always put me off....just.
