Is there a relay for them , fuse not blown although my fuses don't relate to Steve Heaths layout , wires in back of fuses all pushed in ok .

No relay but there is a delay timer... but in normal mode they should still work. Can you hear the motor running, maybe the drive cable is kaput? Most likely to be a fuse but I don't have my book of knowledge to hand so I can't tell you what colour wires to look for, sorry!

Wiper had got trapped under bonnet ! Fuse had blown , not related to position on fuse diagram or correct amps , have moved arm round slightly now so it parks in front of forward vision !

Steve - wipers - have you had the extra wiper upgrade ??? ;^)

(I'm thinking of getting one on my rear view mirror - anyone else get this?)
