BMW Damage. I'm still in tears. Help in Manchester required

So I walked home from work today to see that some tw@t had ripped the bumper of my p&j and put a dent in the wheel arch. Obviously no note was left.

I am worried even to ask this, but as the brackets that hold the bumper on have quite obviously been broken, do I need a new bumper entirely?

Could anyone point me in the right direction of a place that could fix the bumper and dent? I'm in Manchester. Thanks in advance

Thats a bummer...

Obviously there are loads of good bodyshops in the Manchester area, but I can recommend this one, fifteen minutes from the centre.
