All set - I've been watching the "Le Mans 24 minutes" on Eurosport. Good to get the drivers on there but who on earth is the presenter, he's pretty awful TBH.

Is there any other coverage, online perhaps, for those of us that don't have eurosport?

Eurosport Player £3.99 for a month - works very well.

And don't forget Radio LeMans - live now!

Never really seen much, having not had Sky before.
Have obviously heard plenty, but never seen too much.
Either way, the Sky+ is going to be busy with this, the football, and F1 qualifying.

Think its possible to record the bits of the race i miss while watching the football/F1, then catch up with the fwd button during adverts? I might be back on 'real time' by the early hours of the morning laugh

I just signed up for the eurosport player, covergae about to start.

RLM coverage reminding me of the awful echoing between the two big stands down the pit straight at LM frown

Those Peugeots are looking seriously fast already. From what the commentators said on Eurosport earlier then this could be the last season where the diesels have such an advantage, new regs for next season which should level the playing field.

You'll struggle for space to tape the entire race, also if it's like last year they will swap between Eurosport 1 and 2 every hour or two, which not only ties up your sky+ to record one programme over two channels as there is an overlap between the programmes starting on ES1 and finishing on ES2 (and back) but it also eats up valuable disk space with about 2% space required per channel swap.

I hope they keep it to one channel during the football as the game clashes with the dusk at Le Mans which is when a lot of incidents happen.
I've got the whole race set to record. I went through each channel and selected each programme as it swaps between ES1 and ES2. I suppose if im running short of space (plenty at the moment), i could always delete as i go. Recording two channels is fine, aslong as im watching one of them at the time....may have to swap manually actually. Hmmm This is going to take some thought laugh

I've worked out, by the time ive watched the start, and then the Football/F1, i think i'll be about 3/4 hours behind.

Anyway...predictions???
