Just a heads up for anyone interested, my nearest ex-WWII airfield is hosting a small'ish airshow this Sunday. £9 entry on-line, £10 on the door for the following:

Would love to have seen some of bentwaters original aircraft there

Some nice A10's would have been good

Oops, thanks for that. Now corrected to a Seafire, brought in at the last minute as the B52 was grounded by bad weather in the Netherlands (or somewhere similiar)

As you can tell, I'm no aviation expert smile
