There's another clip of the same dude driving an FXX around the same track, equally as daft and if I remember rightly, he had a bit of a moment in the FXX.

The groan from the passenger (possibly the owner?) at the end - is that pleasure, relief, or the start of a vom?

Would I be right to think that his tyres had gone by the last bend, hence the utterly insane final corner?

It's no mean feat, but with just a bit of restraint I think he could have been quicker, and had longer on the track.

eh? quicker... but longer on track? surely they are contradicting statements?

I could hardly watch that FXX clip. The driver was showing it more respect than the Enzo but you get the impression the FXX was toying with him. You can see why Ferrari don't let people out on the public roads with them, the A&E wards around Monaco would be stuffed full. The bit where the wheel is wrenched out of his hands is particularly sobering.

Not at all.
When the tyres are spinning, you're wasting a finite grip resource.
Grip is directly related to speed - The more you have, the faster you can be.

yikes more like 5 bit's of moments! unbelievable!.
From the 1st video i'd say he was pushing his limits however in this video i think he was being a "bit" reckless.

OT I thought ferrari chose the tracks and when you could use your FXX how come there are porsches doing laps too?, i would have thought ferrari would have had the track closed off to FXX users only?
