Defender td5 smoke
Discussion
smoke is fine, infact I'd of the opinion that if diesel doesn't smoke it has something wrong with it

On a more serious note, the smoke is unburnt fuel. And the more fuel you put in the more it'll burn, but the more it'll not burn too. This is the very essence of diesel tuning.
Too much smoke is bad, but this is very rare on stock vehicles. It really should only produce smoke under heavy loads and acceleration, if it's doing it all the while then there may be something else up.
