E30 sparkplugs for a high comp 325i

Chaps - I can't seem to find this info quickly (looked on e30zone too and searched etc).

325 sparkplugs - I'm looking for the high compression engine sparkplugs (pre-87) I think. I've got a 1990 and I've heard that the pre-compression sparkplugs give better performance but for the life of me I can't remember the designation.

Can anyone help?
