2011 Dates and Pre Race Practice

I know the 2010 event hasn't yet finished however, I have just read the article on Lemans.org about next years regulations (click HERE for the article) and was interested to note this at the end

PRE RACE PRACTICE DAY
The new regulations coming into force in 2011 will lead to the return of the test day in April or May. It will take place at least a month before the 79th Le Mans 24 Hours which will be held on June 11/12th.

early booking of the ferry for the race (or even practice as well)???

This is excellent news. My son, now well adult, was born on June 18 which was Father's Day that year ! We always try and spend his birthday/Father's Day at Le Mans but it can be a problem because he now has two sons....

Father's Day 2011 is 19 June so we should have no problems for next year! Already made a note to contact ACO for tickets etc.
