''Richard Jordan had everything he was told to want: cars, a new house, and a fiancee. Then his fiancee left him. So he sold everything, bought a Lamborghini Gallardo and set out across America. This is his amazing story.''

An interesting read indeed...crazy to put yourself in that much debt though.

Hope this isn't a repost.

"All that driving does have a price and now the car has even less value. After all the hard driving and long miles, the timing chain stretched, crunching the valves and turning the car into an exotic and expensive paperweight."

(91,807 Miles) yikes

Frankly I think theres a lot more to that story than is portrayed in that nice little essay. So the guy drove 91,000 miles in a lambo without needing major work doing on it? If he's so hard up how did he pay for 91,000 miles worth of fuel at ~15mpg?

Way to overreact to your wife leaving you.

Also if someone confused him for Moby then they must have been high.

Awesome.

A couple of mates quit the London ratrace the other year and spent 18 months touring the world on bikes. One is now in Florida flying helicopters the other scuba diving and jobbing in and around Australasia.

You only get one life.
