ISO connector pinouts for Kenwood head unit

Can anyone bale me out? I've rather foolishly bastardised the wiring in my work hack to operate a Kenwood head unit via an ISO connector......but am getting nowhere. I've hooked up the batt, earth and feed which checks out ok with a meter but when I switch on, the CD spins up and bugger all else happens, no lights etc. Is there a remote switch that I need to loop out?
