My 57 plate 535D M SPEC is due to be changed in November. Just been looking at the new 5 on the website and its not available as an M spec and there is no 535D. Why is this? or are there other versions due later .. and when is the M5 due out?

Yes, you've answered your own question!

The 'Sport' models will be announced later and will probably be marketed as the same 'M Sport' spec. I too was wondering why there's no 535d option, looks like BMW have re-jigged the lineup for launch and it's just the 530d available. I hope they do announce a 535d later too!

The M5 is due to be announced in early 2011 I think it is. More than likely UK cars will be made and be in showrooms etc some months later.

So, all are going to be forthcoming models !

Cheers, Dennis!

The M-Sport is available to order from Sept. apparently, and the new one will be the 540d the same as the 740d using the new block.
