Roof dent

Picked up small dent on roof passemger side not far from B pillar. it stands out in certain angles. Pulled out the headlining and find a stiffner underneath it, will the Paintless dent removal guys be able to do anything?
It's a 2009 BMW 5 series m sport, silver

Difficult to say without seeing it, but even if a hole needs to be drilled behind the dent, it should be do-able.
