Afternoon Guys,

I know i know, im not a massive fan of it either but i have a client looking to get one of his cars wrapped in matt black. He is based in canary wharf and has asked me to look for a reputable company relatively locally to sort out the wrapping etc for him.

I thought as Pistonheads is a wealth of knowledge someone may have had some experience of a centre that are good at wrapping etc.

Many thanks

Mike

I'm sure you'll get plenty of replies but I've always used motormode for any stuff like that.

a bloke round the corner from my office has just had his RS6 and Range rover wrapped, the look aside, it is wearing terribly, every single little mark or spot of grease is magnified massively. His cars just look permanently filthy.

Why anyone would want to do that to their cars is beyond me

Wrapping a car in my opinion is on a par with some of the horrific 90s bodykits that people used to put on especially matt black.

My view is that aside from the 1% of car enthusiasts 99% of the population just think the paint has faded or if you only have 1 panel done eg the bonnet then people just think you must have crashed and have a cheap replacement part. A mate of mine has a matt black bonnet on a yellow S3, looks as odd as a mondeo with a primered front bumper....

I've seen Valet Magic's work first hand and it's spot on. Highly recommended.
