Well, he's been conspicuous by his absence hasn't he.

The rumour mill is in full swing this afternoon. There'ss a whisper on the wind that some age-old speculation  might soon finally be confirmed. Chatter is rife that Gordon Brown has been spending stints in a London hospital. For psychological reasons.

The former Prime Minister has not been seen properly in public since walking into the Downing Street sunset. There was a sighting in a Fife supermarket and Sarah has obviously been busy securing her book deal. If Gordon doesn't appear soon then there might just be reason to believe the crazy rumours are true.

UPDATE: Usually reliable sources have pointed Guido toward the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary rather than a London hospital.

Well he has been insane for a while now, a very very disturbed man. His nurse Sarah can't hold him together on her own for ever!

I hope he pays for his racism in colluding with Tony for all those arab deaths.

He's clearly a troubled character. If it's true, I wish him well.

That is exceptionally generous given the damage he has done.

Which would of course explain labours insane policies over the last 13 years.

With any luck, he'll be sharing a room with this chap and ask for an extra pillow to make him sleep . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

The damage is done, and Brown will never be in a position of power again.

I'm not so sure. There have been rumours that he's been on medication for quite a long time.

At his goodbye bash at the Labour party HQ, (just after he had seen HRH The Queen), after he had finished his speech he went to give sarah a kiss on the lips. She subtley turned her head so that the kiss landed on her cheek, and gave no signs of puckering her lips to kiss him back.

Anyone else notice this? I suspect that that marriage won't last much longer. The thing is, she's tainted. Not only is she a Labour voter, but who else would want to bone her after he has emptied his man fat inside her.
HM....not HRH

Rumoured to be as lavender a marriage as it gets, with both sides having same sex skeletons in the cupboard.

IIRC SB only came onto the scene conveniently at around the same time as the build-up to the 97 election started, with plenty of rumours to the extent that it was a simple and effective way to help control rumours and soften the edges of winky to the point that he could be in a position of power, without offending the majority . . . . .

My guess is that within the next 6 months to a year, she'll have gone back to her lady friend and winky back to a university somewhere, with the children shared between them when not away at school.

That's a pretty nasty rumour mate.

It is not the first time the lavender marriage rumours have appeared on here. Wasn't there some talk of somebody in Southampton for SB? (Did think it was male though!) Popped up during the election threads - think it was Tonks who posted it.

Probably only part of it if you read any of the Dunblane (1996) info, and there is Holly Greig too.

Sarah was Gordon's nurse who needed to be there 24/7. Look at her only day off: Rochdale!

Do you think he might end up like Sid in An Officer and a Gentleman?

That rumour has been circulating for ages.

Mind you there was rumours of about the private life of William Hague, Ted Heath, Simon Hughes and John Major most rumours have little truth about them but occassionally some truth is in there somewhere.

If Gordon Brown is suffering from Pyschological problems then I wish him a full recovery politics is a very stressful environment and lots of politians have suffered from mental health issues including Winston Churchill.

Ahhh Racistdud007

Tell me John, are you finally going to come clean over what you do for a living?

We all know that you lied on your declaration of interests and that there is no sports marketing company, that you don’t manage a racing team and that your management of a "model" was as successful as she was attractive.

Theres no shame in comming clean, who knows maybe somebody on here could offer you a job
