Simple SQL question
Discussion
I'm learning SQL out of a book which is general and fuzzy for all flavours of SQL - I'm trying to write a table with a column for dates but the book uses 'date' as a data type. What's the MS SQL2000 data type for dates?
Is it really only a choice of datetime and smalldatetime? What if I don't want the ruddy time?!
