Best 32" LED TV

Looking at upgrading to a LED TV, so what is the best out there. I'm limited to 32".
ETA: I've seen a SAMSUNG UE32B6000, which comes in just under £500.
I would need to wall mount this into an (chimney) alcove, what would be a good mount so I can pull it away from the wall and angle it?
