Do you know of The AA Telesales centre in Bristol?

I'm trying to get a reference for a new employee who claims to have worked at the AA's driving school, telesales centre in Bristol (in 2008).

When I call their national (driving school) line it is answered by their call centre, which is in Cardiff. The call answerer said that the centre moved about ten years ago.

Is this employee telling porkies on his CV or was the chap on the phone mistaken?
