Doune hillclimb this weekend

Anyone going ? My mate is racing his nova .
Normally a good weekend.
A few of us are camping the Saturday night for racing on the Sunday .
Let mr know if your coming . Like I said it's a really good event.

What's the craic with spectating...? Do you just turn up. The website appears to be as useful as a chocolate watch! What time does it all kick off etc?

Would be thoroughly up for this if I can get details!

Aim for about 9-10am & its about £7 at the gate per day.

Belter of a weekend. Plenty of good viewing points aswell . The quality of some of the cars is immense.
Look out for my mate. He drives a White nova. Minted little car .

Will be there both days with the camera. This weekend is a round of the british championship so should be plenty of cars from down south.

Dammit, I wish I'd read this before I set off. I was there for most of the day on Saturday, but didn't see anyone I recognised. Still I managed to develop a traditional Scottish tan and the burgers were good

What a weekend it turned out to be scorching hot, track good and the banter superb. PB on five out of six runs but nothing left and have got marks on both sides of the car to prove it. Need more power!!!

Young daughter Vicky getting on the pace very nicely but has already had a few sittings in various caterfieldlomkindy type cars for next year watch this space.

Also went up to Crimond yesterday to watch stock car racing, it was freezing!
