Great Cheap Xbox 360 Titles

I tend to buy about 2 games per year. Usually on release of the big ones. My purchase history over the past 2 years goes something like:- COD4, GTA4, COD5, COD6.
I like playing games but I don't want to be shelling out £40 every month for mediocre games just for the sake of it.
Give me some recomendations for the cheap gems out there which are worth playing? Under a tenner ideally. Don't mind if it is from a shop or eBay.

For inspiration, search for 'xbox classic edition' on Amazon.
And in my list, I can't believe I forgot Fallout 3. I've played it on PC but many on here played it on xbox. You NEED to get this game, although your family will forget what you look like and your skin will go as pale as if you'd just stepped out of a nuclear shelter.....
