Ad on front page - tacky

PetrolTed, I got to say the green card ad on the front page smacks of "dodgy site alert" and really lowers the tone of the site.

I had to double check I was actually on pistonheads.com and that your site had not been compromised.

ETA: The "avoid obstacles ad" is really to trick people into signing up to an expensive text service they never really new they were getting (unless they read the *very* small print. Do you really want these sort of ads on your site?

Users outside the UK get shown different ads to most people, which is why you are seeing these. Is there any chance you could post a screenshot?
