I need a small wall knocked down in my flat which is not load bearing.

I have the permission and the drawings so just need a competent builder to do an elegant job.

Anyone care to offer a quote with a view to doing the work.

I would never pay someone to knock something like that down, it is way too satisfying to get out the big hammer myself!

Do the demo work yourself and then get someone to come fix the damage you make

I am a leaseholder so require the plans to be signed off by the freeholders.
