Had two 15 minute lessons, first one on a fixed bar off the boat, that worked okay but then when swapped to a rope out the back I kept having to let go.

Apparently I was leaning back too much and pulling the handle to my chest. Swallowed a bit of water and felt average...

We stopped for 15mins then I started lesson two. Concentrated hard to stay forward and lo and behold, up I popped. From then on it was pretty easy.

Great fun and I thoroughly reccomend it to anyone to try.

Best £50 I've spent in some time so I booked a load more lessons smile

Feeling it today though.... sore back, shoulders etc..

Booked another lesson for next Friday though.
