BBWF - last call for Hog Roast tickets!

We need to finalise the numbers so if you are not booked into the hotel on the Saturday night, and want the hog roast, get in touch ASAP!

Don't forget: if you booked in for Sat night quoting BBWF the hog roast is automatically added to your room bill, so don't panic!

(Except the few people who have opted out and told me)

I currently have one vegetarian on the list, Andy's better half, if there are any more please speak up!

Just thought, I will have to check with the hotel. I did say BBWF when booking and got the rate based on that but my confirmation just says two nights, no reference.

I just called ECH to opt out of the Hog Roast ...as we prefer picnics..they are cheaper than £18/head

The nice lady on the blower told me the price was not included on top of the room and the HR was being organised by BBWF...so she had no idea of numbers

Probably bad info on her part.......... maybe ......but the muds not clear

Thanks Jeff, yeah I think I'll go through the bookings with the events manager against the PH list to make sure everyone's covered.

What we'll do is have tickets for the Hog, and when you check in at reception you'll get them, unless you have opted out. Those few not staying who have paid separately I shall find on the Saturday and give the tickets out.

Got a funny feeling I went through a booking office not at the hotel. Check Monday..... ish. Probably no one to deal with it on a weekend.

Sorry i wish to opt out for the hog roast tickets (one being a vegi burger) hopefully not to much trouble or too late.


Taking to the wife ( always bad news ) telling her about the great weekend coming up, pack light as we are in the TVR, lots to look forward to.
She has put her foot down and demanded a little more that a vegi burger for the sat night (we don't get many weekends off from the kids so she was looking for a little more, hopefully not in the bedroom dept aswell).

Everybody mentioned confirmation from the hotel, I've had no confirmaton of my booking ?
