5.0L Bottom End Value?

Hi all,
decided to go for a short 5.4L from V8D, so the question is, whats the bottom end of my 5.0L worth?
Its done 30K and has no issues that Im aware of, runs sweet, compressions all spot on, etc. Its not a cross bolted block,

Just out of interest, how do you know if your engine is 'cross bolted'

It has bolts through either side of the crankcase!

Stronger bottom end, no chance of bearing caps fretting..
