Hi all,

as we are getting close I'd like to put out a call for volunteers, we need help with:

On Saturday

  • Car Judge, to accompany Martin Lilley (who will be looking at the Concourse entrants) and also to judge Rat Car, and Wedge that doesn't Look Like a Wedge entrants.
  • Loudest Wedge judge (you need a dB(A) meter) - thankyou Wyn
  • Car Park Attendants (need own peaked cap) on duty (part-time but covering) from 10am-1pm. Also handing out welcome pack. - thankyou Rev - need one more though...
  • Afternoon drive leader/follower - we need a car at the front and back.
  • Some people to help deck out the evening function room between 2pm and 5pm. - thankyou Jeff/Johnny/Hamish and helpers

On Sunday

  • Late morning/Lunchtime Drive Lead/Tail cars.

Happy to help wherever needed. Probably best not as drive lead though unless you want us all hopelessly lost! laugh

Does your car have to look really good and do you have to be responsible, if no to either then I don't mind leading or following up the rear Sat or Sun.

Or can help with the parking ?

No Steve, you don't have to be responsible - far from it!

I'll put you down for the convoy too.

Rev, sneaky plan this year, I'll PM you to keep it a surprise.

All helpers can you please email me with a T-shirt size required? I'[m gonna do some Marshalling/Helpers T-shirts (cheap ones only though, not good quality like Andy's)

Any other volunteers for convoy lead/tail?

Cheers, Adam

Adam

Do you have a route and time planned-ish for the runs outs, as i am a virgin to the BBWF.

I only ask as i am in stratford next week and i could, if i have enough time see if there was anything interesting about ?

Sounds daft ! you wait until i've had a drink .
