which sierra donor?

im building a MK Indy R R1.

now im after my donor car, ive found 2 that are local.

one is a 1992 2.0, and the other is a 1988 1.6.

im not sure which to get.

i believe the 2.0 has rear disks, but the 1.6 has a better suited diff for an R1.

so which would i be better off with?

Just because it's a 2L dosen't mean it will have rear disks.

Ad Grumpy said I belive only the Glsi or what ever it's called has Rear discs as thats what I used on my Super cat as well as the 4X4 which has a LSD which I also got from a brakers
