We now know our Brands troubles!!

Hi all - we now know the real reasons behind why I struggled to keep the car in a straight line in both races - the diff top mount has broke - fractured in 2 places!! Attached a couple of pics!





Going to get a steel one fabricated this week to be stronger than the ali one fitted! If you guys racing Taz cars haven't checked recently, I'd deffo recommend having a look - ours has been welded in the past! If anyone else wants a steel one, give me a shout and I'll get a price for you!

At least the car will be stable at the rear for Mallory and the rest of the season though!!

You may want to speak to Steve Heath, he broke a few of the ali ones, and has had a few trial and errors with steel ones. but I think he now had a good design. he putting out about 500 BHP and 1.8 G's so if it works on his monster then will work on yours.
I could be temped to get one also, depends on cost.
