what spec Cooper S to go for?

I am looking to lease a Cooper S later this year, and looking at what options I should look at? I will have the car for 4 years, so quite important really!

Up-front cost is the most important factor as there will be little re-sale value factored into the end of contract value.

I had 3 Mini's, and the most important options for me was one of the cheapest - the Heated Mirrors and Jet - great for winter. I guess then you would say the Chilli pack is a given - and this should give you the steering wheel with Cruise and Radio controls (if it doesn't, then that's another essential).
