Focus 1.8 zetec air con recharge

Our local Ford Dealer wants £79.99 to recharge the air con.
It says that one front wheel and an arch liner needs to be removed for access.
I see there is one access point at the front of the engine compartment, which can be reached without any dismantling.
Is the garage correct and is this a reasonable price?

Some later cars come with a flap in the arch liner to gain access, some have markings on where you can cut the arch liner to gain access. Some have nothing! So the arch liner needs to be removed, as one of the valves is on the accumulator.
If £79.99 includes applying dye to the system and leak checking(Which, when I do them, it is normal procedure to do so..), then i'd pay that.
