Help Required - Solicitor/Legal type near Liverpool Street

[Bing o]

Gents (and ladies),

I need a quick favour from a legal type - I need to get a replacement Degree certificate for my employment visa (original is lost). Is there anyone in central London who is either a Magistrate, Commissioner for Oaths or a practising Magistrate that could spare a couple of minutes to stamp and sign my declaration letter?

Thanks!!
