typed this 3 times for ph to crash so hope this works..
I have just been back to the Almyra in Cyprus. its the closest i have come to the pre child holidays! Its very boutique, not over crowded, has fantastic food and stylish (if simple) rooms.
They have an excellent creche (and a new spa with infinity pool for you to go to while kids are there!)
They also do a thing called "baby go lightly" whereby they get all baby essentials in for you in advance so you dont have to carry them
there is a small beach but its not great, the sea is lovely though.
I have lots of photos as the website doesnt do it justice. the area its in isnt great as v touristy but once inside hotel you honestly wouldnt know.
I think you'd have a real break there, plus its only 20mins transfer from airport.
virtually guaranteed weather. No its not the best place I have ever been by a long shot, but its done very well, feels stylish but super child friendly.
feel free to email me for pics. its in budget too.

It is an utterly tasteless testament to one man's giant sized ego. I loved it. We went for an evening meal last autumn and had a good look round after. The food was excellent, the service beyond reproach, the sheer scale of the place, its sumptious fixtures and fittings, the extravagant gaudiness of everything in it, on it and around it was breathtaking. The Burj pales by comparison.
There was no one else there though.
