Have a word with yourself man! Apart from Lorenzo buggering off into the lead all 3 GP races from Silverstone were amazing and so, so close!

Should also mention GP2 is back this weekend, I expect it to be much better than the F1!

good quality racing is worthless if you don't care about the bikes, or riders. i've seen a few races on tele and they bore me stless, even a dull gp is more compelling than a close bike race.

and 125's ffs, hairdryers ridden by pooftas.

Well f**k off then.
Go jump in the trent, that has more interesting things floating on the top, than a season of f1.
Ive got some lead weights, if you want them. smile

Actually good racing is good racing regardless of who is the rider / driver.

As for the rest of your drivel, it doesn't really warrant any further response.

Evidently somewhat mis-guided Stock Hatcher . . .

Couple of points/questions?

1 - Why are so many F1 drivers so obsessed with watching/attending MotoGP often quoted as describing the skills and the racing there as being so incredible?

2 - Why is F1 and Ferrari so desperate to get Rossi to come to their so called 'race' series . . .

3 - Why is BSB in the UK the highest attended race series in the UK?

4 - Do you honestly believe that Moto2 and 125's from Silverstone was st at the weekend?

5 - What do you consider to be great racing . . . F1 !?!?! Races determined by technicians and the minimum of driver input. Button seems to have upset the trend this year by making his own decisions, Hamilton just whinges that his team lost him GP's FFS ! ! ! ! Just get on and drive the car and make your own decisions you whinging self promotion machine.

6 - I see you race in stock hatch, should I give up attending what I see as the greatest racing formula's in the world to attend club racing stockers instead?

7 - Do you think I own or ride a bike . .. I'll help you . . No, I don't. I choose to go to an inordinate amount of bike racing including roads, GP's, WSB and BSB because years ago we used to go to car meets as well. But that's when Touring cars and F1 were good, then they just got rubbish. BTCC has improved again, but it's just banger racing in expensive bangers. F1 has improved this year, but is soooo far away from good racing I pity those that think this is the pinnacle of motor sport. I'm not saying bikes are, but F1 certainly isn't. I've been a lot of car racing and simply none of it stacks up. DTM is boring these days and I used to go and see that . . .

I still attend Le Mans after a decade and shall be at the Classic next month as well, I've also been to Britcar this year and undoubtedly will make it to 1 or 2 club car events as well . . . so I have a very mixed motorsport calendar. However, I travel to Europe once or twice every year to attend either WSB or MotoGP. I wouldn't even go to Silverstone to watch F1, I used to have to go to entertain customers. Great view at our Becketts complex and the last time I was there I went on the Saturday, when asked what time I was getting there the following race day I replied I wasn't coming, confusion, why not? Because I'm going to BSB at Snetterton because I want to see some actual racing this weekend . .. F1 is just noise in so many different ways.

Unfortunately I had to go to Silverstone this last weekend to watch the GP. I hate Silverstone, it's arrogant, hasn't wanted bike racing for years until it's seen what a huge success it actually is and decides to dip it's toe more significantly again. Great racing from a fast circuit, well done. But absolutely st viewing if you actually want to watch racing close up and see more than 2 corners. . . appalling place . . . massively over-priced and undoubtedly suited to the modern F1 fan prepared a ridiculous amount of money to attend an F1 show (I really struggle to call them races these days).

PS - I couldn't give a st if a Ferrari is quicker than a Mercedes wink Or in fact a Honda is faster than a Ducati. I go to racing to duelling between highly skilled riders/drivers trading places and utilising the machinery they've been given to the best of their abilities . . . In that equation, bike racing win's hands down every time for me.

How's life under that bridge, I presume that's where trolls hang out now days.

125's are cracking races, and a great breeding ground for young talent.

Is F1 a race or just a continued series of parade laps?
