Sky plus hd planner rebuild

I'm trying to do this by pressing services then 4 0 1 select but getting nowhere. Am I missing something?

Strange, it was AV forums i got 4 - 0 - 1 from.

I'll give it a go when i get in, perhaps that was for the older non HD boxes.

Hmm - that didn't work either.

services 4 0 1 select, for the old planner/epg

services 0 0 1 select,then right arrow until the option you want, for the new style planner/epg

ignore what it says on the screen, don't even look at it, just follow the button sequence above from start to finish.

OK, i found the rebuild menu. It's rebooting. If i've lost anything i'm sending the wife your way.
