Best car rental agencies?

[OllyHill]

Having to go from Nottingham to Portsmouth this weekend, with too much kit to fit in my car, so I'm looking at renting a car.
Can anyone recommend the best places to rent something from?
Nottingham - Portsmouth - dropping the car off in Portsmouth.
So far looking like approx £90 for a medium size family car. Thanks in advance.

Go on price, not who's best.

Problem - I'm 22 and of the ones I've tried so far, minimum age appears to be 23! Does anyone know of any companies who allow people under 23 to rent a car?

I believe Hertz do but it'll cost you.

I've used Alamo quite a bit and had good service. They rent to 21 year old minimum and they have a shop you can drop off the car in portsmouth right next to the harbour, gunwharf quays and railway station.
